Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy & Terms Appointment Requests: All bookings made online are strictly requests and are subject to availability. Your appointment is only finalized once you receive a formal Approval & Confirmation Email. Business Hours: Please note our official operational hours. Any requested appointments that fall outside these hours, or spill past closing time, will be automatically declined or rescheduled. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We value your time and ask that you value ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may impact your ability to book future appointments online. Punctuality: To ensure every client receives full, dedicated service, please arrive on time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying the next client.
